Christmas & New Years Last Posting Dates

Our last posting date for 2023 is the 20th of December. All orders placed on that date or after will be shipped after the 3rd of January 2024.

Delivery Prices

Orders are subject to 1-2 working days processing time, please note that during busier times in the year such as around Valentines Day, Black Friday and Christmas, orders may take up to 5 working days to be despatched. Delays are also much more likely due to longer transit times with Royal Mail due to strikes and a higher volume of parcels in their system, and may very likely vary our standard shipping times, please be aware normal shipment times will not apply and we advise selecting Special Delivery at checkout during November and December. Special and Tracked 48 parcels and express orders will take priority, Working Days do not include weekends and public holidays. After which the following delivery timeframes apply. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays/Public Holidays. Signed for delivery timeframes are estimated and not always guaranteed.

We do not ship express packages to P.O Boxes. Please provide residential addresses or these orders will be refunded. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in areas which cannot be serviced by express couriers.

How to Pay

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. You can also pay with PayPal.
Please note we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We also offer a buy now pay in 30 days scheme with Klarna for our UK customers. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions within two days from Klarna. You’ll then have 30 days to try on your order and only pay when you’re happy. Complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. Tracking Orders

Standard orders are subject to a 1-2 day processing time (unless you have selected a nominated delivery service). Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email which contains your tracking number. You can also track your order here.
Please add [email protected] to ensure that your tracking email does not go to your Junk folder. Also ensure you provide your correct email address when placing the order otherwise this will prevent the confirmation and tracking email from reaching you. If it has been more than 4 working days (Please allow this timeframe during busy sale periods) since you placed your order please check your Junk/Spam folder otherwise contact us here with your full order name so we can help you.

Locating your parcel

Packages are classed as “lost” if it has been more than 15 working days since the estimated time of the arrival of the package. Please email us at [email protected] and we will try our best to provide you with information regarding your order. Please note we are not responsible for packages which are unclaimed or where incorrect shipping information has been provided. If your order has been returned to us due to incorrect shipping information/refused or failure to being claimed will incur a postage and packaging fee to be resent to the recipient which is based on the weight and dimensions of the package and handling fees.
Please note that a refund for a missing package excludes the shipping fee.
All packages are packaged as securely as possible however it is possible that items can be damaged due to the way they are treated in transit. We take it very seriously if your Phantom Jewels are reached in a condition less than perfect, so email any concerns to [email protected]
