PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
You agree to purchase the products subject to our exchange and returns policy all conditions set out in terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refund you for items which may become out of stock or refund orders to areas which we consider remote. Our returns/exchanges and payment information make up our terms and conditions.
We accept refunds and exchanges on items in which faults develop within the 30 days of receipt of the items, problems occurring outside this window are within the remit of the customer’s possession of the items and would not be accepted for a refund or exchange. We do not cover postage or provide return labels for returns which also includes faulty goods. Once a parcel shows proof of delivery and is confirmed as delivered by the courier, it will be considered successfully delivered. In such cases, non-delivery claims will not be accepted, and refunds cannot be issued
The website operates in Great British Pounds. Every attempt has been made possible to ensure currency conversions are accurate, however we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies and varying exchange rates used by your bank provider and it is the responsibility of the buyer to be informed of the exchange rates their provider uses.
BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We will refuse requests to change the address to anything other then the one provided on your order.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. You agree that orders which are cancelled or refunded will exclude a processing fee when placed with PayPal or debit/credit card.
